About the role
A small financial services company in Baltimore is hiring for this role. You will keep watch over the financial health, compliance and operational performance of a portfolio of owned and financed assets, and flag risks early to support the portfolio's long-term viability.
What you'll do
- Monitor cash flows, budgets and financial performance across the asset portfolio
- Track compliance and identify financial risks to long-term viability
- Develop forecasts and financial reports
- Support audits and external reporting
- Work with property managers, project partners, trustees and internal leadership to strengthen financial controls and decision-making
What you bring
- Experience analyzing budgets, cash flow and asset-level financial performance
- Skill building forecasts and clear financial reports
- Familiarity with audit support and external reporting
- Ability to work with property managers, partners, trustees and senior leaders
