You will deliver Customer Success programs that support compliance, customer commitments and enterprise risk mitigation. The role also keeps Customer Success aligned with operational partners and speaks for customer and CSM needs.
What you'll do
- Deliver Customer Success programs that support compliance and customer commitments
- Support audits, security requests, migrations and product changes
- Coordinate across Customer Success and operational partners
- Represent customer and CSM needs in cross-team discussions
- Improve workflows through communications, training and process enhancements
What you bring
- Experience in Customer Success operations or a similar operations role
- Comfort working with compliance, audit and security request processes
- Strong coordination skills across teams and stakeholders
- A track record of improving processes and training teams
