A large construction company in Edmonton is hiring for this role. You will lead a district sales team and own its rental, revenue and profitability targets. The role exists to grow the district through planning, coaching and new business.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach the district sales team to meet rental, revenue and profitability targets
- Plan strategy for the district and develop new business opportunities
- Manage customer relationships and grow key accounts
- Analyze market and sales performance to guide decisions
- Coordinate with branch operations, fleet management and account teams to support district growth
What you bring
- Experience leading a sales team and coaching people to results
- A track record of business development and customer relationship management
- The ability to read market and sales data and act on it
- Comfort working across operations, fleet and account teams
