About the role
A large construction company in Lethbridge is hiring for this role. You will support sales and profitable growth by answering customer inquiries, finding new opportunities and keeping orders moving from quote to follow-up. The role exists to give customers responsive product and logistics support while the company meets its sales targets.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer inquiries and turn them into sales
- Prospect for new sales opportunities
- Prepare quotes and support order entry and follow-up
- Provide product and logistics support to customers
- Manage open orders and resolve issues as they come up
What you bring
- Experience or strong interest in inside sales and customer-facing work
- Comfort preparing quotes and entering orders accurately
- Ability to work toward pricing, margin, service and sales quota goals
- Clear communication and follow-through on open customer issues
