About the role
A large financial services company in Mississauga is hiring for this role. You will lead the design, development, validation and production deployment of AI and machine learning models, including agentic and generative AI solutions, for enterprise-scale reconciliation and data engineering. The role exists to turn those models into solutions the business can adopt at scale.
What you'll do
- Design, develop and validate AI and machine learning models, including agentic and generative AI solutions
- Deploy models to production for reconciliation and data engineering use cases
- Work with business, engineering and operations teams to deliver model roadmaps
- Communicate insights and risks to senior stakeholders
- Support scalable adoption through documentation and knowledge transfer
What you bring
- Experience leading AI and machine learning model development from design through production deployment
- Hands-on background with agentic and generative AI solutions
- Familiarity with reconciliation or data engineering problems at enterprise scale
- Ability to explain insights and risks clearly to senior stakeholders
- A collaborative approach across business, engineering and operations teams
