The role also covers liquidity, cash flow and banking operations, and advises senior management on investment and expansion decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead debt financing, capital raising and refinancing activity.
- Build and maintain financial models to support financing decisions.
- Manage relationships with investors and lenders.
- Oversee liquidity, cash flow and banking operations.
- Develop tax-efficient financing strategies and monitor financial performance and compliance.
What you bring
- Experience in corporate finance, including debt financing and refinancing.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Experience managing investor and lender relationships.
- Ability to advise senior management on investments, risks, borrowing costs and business expansion.
- Working knowledge of financial compliance and tax-efficient financing.
