About the role
A large food and beverage manufacturing company in Delta is hiring for this role. You will supervise daily production operations and make sure safety, quality, sanitation, productivity, staffing and cost targets are met. You will also address operational issues as they come up and lead the corrective actions.

- Supervise daily production operations against safety, quality, sanitation, productivity, staffing and cost targets
- Address operational issues and lead corrective actions
- Lead and develop your employees
- Oversee sanitation programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support production plans and capital plans
What you bring
- Experience supervising production operations in a manufacturing setting
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and collective agreement compliance
- Ability to lead, coach and develop a production team
- Focus on safety, quality and sanitation standards
