About the role
A large software development company in San Francisco is hiring for this role. You will lead the revenue accounting close from end to end and evaluate complex customer arrangements under ASC 606. The role also improves the controls, systems and processes behind the numbers.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end revenue accounting close activities
- Evaluate complex customer arrangements under ASC 606
- Manage revenue account reconciliations
- Prepare reporting and support audits
- Improve controls, systems and processes through data analysis, UAT and automation, working with cross-functional teams
What you bring
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 and how it applies to complex customer arrangements
- Experience running a revenue accounting close and managing account reconciliations
- Experience preparing reporting and supporting audits
- Comfort with data analysis, UAT and process automation
- The ability to work with cross-functional teams
