What you'll do
- Lead the architecture and development of the managed GPU training platform.
- Improve scalability, performance, resilience and efficiency across large accelerator fleets.
- Deliver core systems and developer tools for launching and operating training jobs.
- Guide technical direction and mentor other engineers.
- Collaborate with product, research and platform teams.

- Senior-level software engineering experience.
- Experience designing large-scale systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with GPU or accelerator-based training infrastructure.
