What you'll do
- Oversee a portfolio of centres, driving operational excellence
- Monitor regulatory and quality compliance across sites
- Lead process improvement and analyze centre performance
- Coordinate between centre leadership and corporate teams
- Support audits and employee matters, and develop centre leaders through recruitment, training, coaching and site visits
What you bring
- Experience running operations across more than one site
- Working knowledge of regulatory and quality compliance
- A habit of using performance data to improve processes
- Coaching and leadership skills to develop site leaders
