- Monitor performance and improve manufacturing efficiency and production systems
- Support quality-critical work and help implement automation and other advanced technologies

- Experience leading production in a fabrication or coating environment
- Strong production scheduling, capacity planning and inventory skills
- The ability to coordinate across production, project, detailing, procurement and quality teams
