About the role
A large semiconductor manufacturing company in Camas is hiring for this role. You will take ownership of tool uptime and reliability for Thin Films, Diffusion, PVD and CVD equipment. The role exists to keep these tools running and to resolve the failures that keep coming back.
What you'll do
- Lead maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Thin Films, Diffusion, PVD and CVD equipment
- Own tool uptime and reliability
- Resolve recurring and complex failures through root cause analysis
- Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance
- Work with engineering and vendors, and guide junior technicians
What you bring
- Hands-on experience maintaining Thin Films, Diffusion, PVD or CVD equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance
- Ability to guide and support junior technicians
- Comfort working with engineers and equipment vendors
