About the role
A mid-sized financial services company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will oversee client operations, from client data and reporting through to trades, reconciliations and settlements. The role also owns the resolution of operational and compliance issues and leads improvements to how the team works.
What you'll do
- Oversee client data management and reporting
- Manage trades, reconciliations and settlements
- Resolve operational and compliance issues as they arise
- Handle escalations and lead operational improvements and initiatives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and controls, and report on internal metrics
What you bring
- Experience running client operations in a financial services setting
- Working knowledge of trade processing, reconciliations and settlements
- Comfort handling compliance-related operational issues
- Discipline in keeping CRM records and controls accurate
- Ability to lead improvement initiatives and report on metrics
