About the role
A large transportation and logistics company in Delta is hiring for this role. You will lead daily transportation and fleet operations across Canada, from planning and dispatch through to service recovery and business continuity. The role exists to improve service, safety and financial performance while building the operational leaders who run the network.

- Lead daily transportation and fleet operations across Canada
- Oversee planning, dispatch, drivers and fleet deployment
- Manage service recovery and business continuity
- Improve service, safety, fleet utilization, productivity and financial performance
- Develop operational leaders and coordinate with cross-functional partners
What you bring
- Experience leading transportation, fleet or logistics operations at a senior level
- Working knowledge of dispatch, driver management and fleet deployment
- A track record of managing compliance, safety and service performance
- Skill in developing operational leaders and working across functions
