A large facilities services company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites and own service quality, client relationships and site profitability. The role exists to keep sites running well and keep contracts in place.

- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites
- Maintain client relationships and service quality
- Manage subcontractor compliance and resolve operational issues in a timely way
- Manage budgets, resources and workforce coverage to deliver site performance and profitability
- Support contract retention and find opportunities to expand client business
