About the role
A large pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will own logistics readiness, deployment planning and execution for global ERP releases and site implementations. The role exists to keep supply chain, manufacturing, quality, business and technology teams aligned as each release goes live.
What you'll do
- Lead logistics readiness and deployment planning for global ERP releases and site implementations.
- Coordinate across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, business and technology teams.
- Manage process alignment, testing, training and cutover activities.
- Track risks and run governance for each deployment.
- Support business continuity, user adoption and post-launch stabilization.
What you bring
- Experience planning and executing deployments or implementations across multiple sites.
- A working understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- The ability to bring business, quality and technology teams together around one plan.
- Comfort managing risks, governance and cutover under a tight schedule.
